どっぷり魔法の世界に浸ってまいりました。考えてみたらこのシリーズの映画を劇場で鑑賞したのは二回目か三回目。銀幕の迫力に魔力も倍増です。
We immersed ourselves in the magical world. This would be our second or maybe third time seeing this series at a theater. The spells work much stronger with a big screen.
寒いので夕食は寿司の宅配。
It's too cold outside so decided on delivery sushi for dinner.
そして誕生日のケーキ。
And birthday cakes.
チョコレートケーキは娘には少々濃厚過ぎで私の選んだブルーベリータルトと交換。
確かにこの生チョコは13歳の舌にはまだきついかも。
Chocolate cake was too rich for my daughter and we swapped the cakes.
The creamy chocolate was indeed quite heavy and can't blame the 13-year-old unable to handle it.

おやすみなさい。

that she got today, and now bed-time. Good night.

魔法に明け、魔法で暮れた一日でした。１３年前、片腕であやしつけて寝かせた小さな女の子が、のどを痛めた母親に本を読んでくれるまでに育ちました。
映画に行かなくても毎日が楽しい魔法に満ちています。
From dawn till dusk, it was magic, magic and more magic. A little baby girl who went to sleep in one of my arms has grown up and now can read a book for her mother with sore throat. Wonderful magic is working everyday outside theaters too.
