The last day in Tokyo was for a visit to Edo Tokyo Museum.
It was closed for the New Year's holiday and just reopened.
First, we watched splended performances by these tranditional Japanese dolls.
These are how he moved. Sorry about the poor performance
by the camera-person.
Got a link for the other one.
And there came more and more dolls displaying their skillful performances
and awed the audience. Robots are impressive, but the precursor to that
was this incredible Japanese clockwork.
Then we became giants looking down on Edo Town,
sold some fish in an old fashion way,
and had a break on a rickshaw.
In no time, it was time to depart. After compared the heights
with famous sumo wrestlers, we took a train to the airport.
Bye bye, Japan.
